If you are not able to pick up during these hours please choose the shipping option as we are not able to hold in store pick up items over 14 business days after pick up notification has been sent. After 14 business days and your order has not been picked up we will invoice you for shipping if your order is under $50.

*Please note most of our items are made on demand. Our normal turnaround time is about 5 business days after your order has been placed to be ready for pick up. We will notify you when it is ready to pick up.*

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after placing your order. Most of our items are made on demand and we promise we are working around the clock to get your orders out as fast as we can for you. We're just as excited for you to get your products as you are.

RETURNS:

Hey babe, didn’t love your outfit? That’s okay! You can return for Store Credit or Exchange within 14 days of purchase. No cash/credit card refunds unless the item is defective and we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the product. Due to the fast moving pace of inventory we cannot guarantee exchange of the same item you are returning. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn, unwashed, smoke free & pet hair free condition with original tags attached. Original and return shipping frees are non refundable and the responsibility of the customer. The Jypsy Willow is NOT responsible for returns lost in the mail. Please understand that any items that do not follow our strict policy will not be accepted.

All discounted/deal of the week/flash sale/sale items, accessories, jewelry, hats, headbands, swimwear, scarves, gloves, belts, custom items, or gift certificates are final sales and can not be returned.

Once we receive your return item we will check to make sure it is in line with our return policy and we will process your store credit within 3-4 business days. You will receive your store credit code via email when your return is processed.
