Position is locally based out of Corporate Office in Sulphur Springs, TX with region/territory covering North East Texas.

Position Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented and passionate individual with experience in T-shirt printing? TJW is seeking a T-Shirt Printer with expertise in operating DTG printing machines and heat transfer equipment. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, customized apparel to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct to Garment Printing: Operate and maintain DTG printing machines, ensuring accurate color registration, print quality, and consistency throughout production runs.
• Heat Transfer Application: Skillfully apply heat transfers to garments, following design specifications and ensuring precise placement.
• Quality Control: Inspect printed garments for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to the printing or heat transfer process as needed.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on DTG printing machines and heat transfer equipment, including cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock printing supplies, including inks, substrates, and heat transfer materials, to ensure smooth production operations.
• Production Scheduling: Collaborate with the production team to prioritize orders, meet deadlines, and efficiently complete printing and heat transfer tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating DTG printing machines and applying heat transfers to apparel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow design specifications and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with various T-shirt materials and fabric types.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new printing technologies and techniques.
